Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Another favorite spot of mine whenever we visit Banff National Park is the Lake Minnewanka loop. Lots to see and explore along the way, including Two Jack Lake. I had my sights set on capturing Mt. Rundle in all it's glory on this particular evening, but it was rather cloudy and overcast in that direction. Instead of being disappointed and giving up, I simply took the advice of a wise old man that I ran in to many years ago and turned around....."a thousand images if you just take the time to stop and look in every direction."

I LOVE the outdoors, and the mountains are my happy place. Many years ago, we visited the Canadian Rockies, and we instantly fell in love with what the mountains have to offer, from breathtaking scenery to countless wildlife opportunities. I remember traveling through a small town in British Columbia, Radium Hot Springs, where the sign that welcomes you to town says, “Mountains bring peace to the people.”. That quote and John Muir’s quote, “The mountains are calling and I must go” have resonated with me ever since. Whether it's shooting landscapes or wildlife, I find such a sense of peace and solitude just being there in the moment. Nourishment for the soul....a reminder for me that life is good.
